Yes i agree and the Stewards blow another one.I cannot believe that they can get away on making bad decisions that affect the outcome of a race not only for the betting public but also for the connections of the other horses affected.
You take a look at race 4 on 8/14/15 and tell me why the winner Wicked Freud was not DQ.Even in the Footnotes of the race it says:
Coming to the quarter-pole forced his way out at the top of the stretch, bumped hard with Neverindicted forcing that rival into Elusive new Yprker,
I believe it was worse and Tiz a Chance lost all momentum as he tried to circle the field at the top of the stretch.
